1. Acceptance of Terms

3.3 Account Restrictions and Prohibited Use

You may not use i8ph services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain unfair advantage
• Attempting to manipulate or reverse engineer any aspect of the Platform
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through coordinated play or other deceptive practices
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits or bonus restrictions
• Using someone else's account or allowing others to use your account

i8ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these restrictions. In cases of serious violations, we may forfeit account balances, void bets, and report the matter to appropriate authorities.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

i8ph accepts deposits through approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers, and other methods specified on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted by i8ph at any time. Deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process. You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient funds in your payment account to complete deposits. Failed deposits due to insufficient funds may incur fees charged by your payment provider.

4.2 Deposit Source Verification

You warrant that all funds deposited to your i8ph account are derived from legitimate sources and are rightfully yours. You may not deposit funds that belong to another person or that were obtained through illegal activities. i8ph may request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

If i8ph suspects that deposited funds may be proceeds of crime or otherwise illegitimate, we reserve the right to freeze the account, report the matter to appropriate authorities, and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

4.3 Deposit Bonuses and Promotional Terms

i8ph may offer deposit bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, maximum bet restrictions, and withdrawal limitations. 5. Withdrawals and Payouts

i8ph processes most withdrawal requests within minutes, however processing times may extend to 24-48 hours during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed during the withdrawal request process.

5.2 Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, i8ph requires verification of your identity through submission of government-issued identification documents (such as Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and in some cases, proof of payment method ownership.

Additional verification may be requested at any time if i8ph suspects fraudulent activity, identity theft, underage gambling, or violation of these Terms. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be denied or delayed in the following circumstances:

• Incomplete or failed identity verification
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• Suspicious betting patterns or potential fraud detected
• Account is under investigation for terms violations
• Outstanding disputes or chargebacks exist on the account

6.3 Maximum Payout Limits

Winnings exceeding posted limits will be capped at the maximum payout amount. Progressive jackpots and specific promotional prizes may have separate payout terms disclosed at the time of play.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from i8ph.

Unauthorized use of i8ph intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action for intellectual property infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, i8ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer system failures.

i8ph's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the past twelve months or PHP 10,000, whichever is lower.

i8ph is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, internet outages, force majeure events, acts of government, or third-party service provider failures.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your i8ph account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and withdrawal verification.

i8ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or business reasons. In the event of account closure by i8ph, we will endeavor to return your deposited funds minus any applicable fees, unless the closure is due to fraud or terms violations, in which case account funds may be forfeited.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of i8ph Casino shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and i8ph.

If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.

12. Amendments to Terms

i8ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of i8ph services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
